achieve the department&#8217;s operational goals by supervising the departments supporting the implementation of the projects and programs on which the foundation is based, through planning and controlling the work of the procurement, logistics and human resources departments, and ensuring effective and high-level coordination with the rest of the departments within the organization.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Main Responsibilities and Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Good planning for the entire operations department, and coordination with its units of procurement, logistics, human resources, security, and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Providing training and guidance to the work team periodically and continuously, coordinating with human resources department to provide the necessary training courses.<\/li>\n<li>Completely update and develop the department&#8217;s policies and procedures, while ensuring adequate training and proper implementation of these
