Job Describtion:<\/strong><\/p>\nUnder the overall direction of the Monitoring and Evaluation\u00a0 Manager and direct supervision of the project, the M & E officer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring high quality and timely inputs, ensuring that his strategic vision is maintained and that his activities lead to the intended delivery in a cost-effective and timely manner.<\/p>\n
The M & E Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing M & E activities in the project.<\/p>\n

Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\nThe M & E Officer will undertake the following tasks and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.<\/li>\n
- Monitoring all project activities, expenditures and progress towards project output.<\/li>\n

- Propose project management strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to reduce or eliminate these bottlenecks.<\/li>\n
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual report on progress in all project activities of the Monitoring and Evaluation<\/li>\n
