تسعى مؤسسة حوران الإنسانية إلى التعاقد مع شركة أو أكثر من الشركات المسجلة والمعتمدة رسميًا، والتي تمتلك الخبرة الكافية في هذا المجال
.يحق للموردين التقديم على منطقة واحدة أو أكثر، وتحتفظ المؤسسة بالحق في تقسيم العقد بين موردين أو أكثر وفقاً لما تراه مناسب

ملاحظات هامة:
١– يجب تعبئة كافة النماذج المطلوبة وتوقيعها وختمها قبل التسليم
٢– يتم تقديم العرض في ظرف واحد يتضمن ثلاث ظروف، مع التأكيد على ضرورة الختم والتوقيع على كل ظرف بشكل منفصل. في حال عدم الالتزام بذلك، سيتم استبعاد العرض
٣– ينبغي أن تكون جميع الوثائق، بما في ذلك جداول الكميات والمواصفات الفنية، موقعة ومختومة (يجب أن تتضمن كل صفحة التوقيع وختم الشركة)
٤– قد يؤدي تقديم وثائق غير واضحة أو غير مكتملة إلى استبعاد العرض من التقييم
٥– يجب على العارض كتابة اسمه ومحتويات الظرف على كل ظرف، وأن يكون الظرف مختومًا
٦– يتعين توقيع وختم مدخل المغلف من قبل المزود، بالإضافة إلى العرض المالي والفني وجميع الأوراق المرفقة
٧– أي طلب لا يتضمن المعلومات السابقة ويلتزم بالإجراءات سيتم استبعاده
٨– يحق للمؤسسة تجزئة مواد المناقصة بين العارضين حسبما تراه ملائمًا، بحيث يمكن إحالة جزء على متعهد دون حق الاعتراض
٩– يلتزم المزود أو من ينوب عنه بتسليم العرض في صندوق المناقصات في مكتب مؤسسة حوران الإنسانية ضمن المهلة المحددة، مع توقيع وختم وثيقة تسليم المغلف وتدوين تاريخ وتوقيت التسليم
١٠– في حال وجود أخطاء حسابية، سيتم اعتماد سعر الوحدة كأساس للتقييم. كما أن وجود أخطاء جوهرية، مثل تقديم العرض بعملة غير الدولار الأمريكي أو وجود غموض في الأسعار، قد يؤدي إلى استبعاد العرض من قبل لجنة المشتريات

Tender Details:
Horan Foundation seeks to contract with one or more officially registered and accredited companies that possess sufficient experience in this field. Suppliers are entitled to apply for one or more areas, and the foundation reserves the right to divide the contract among multiple suppliers as deemed appropriate.

Important Notes:
All required forms must be filled out, signed, and stamped before submission.
The proposal must be submitted in one envelope containing three separate envelopes, with a requirement for each envelope to be sealed and signed individually. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
All documents, including quantity tables and technical specifications, must be signed and stamped (each page must include the signature and stamp of the company).
Submission of unclear or incomplete documents may lead to disqualification from the evaluation process.
The bidder must write their name and the contents of the envelope on each envelope, and each envelope must be sealed.
The supplier must sign and stamp the entry of the envelope, along with the financial and technical proposals and all attached documents.
Any submission that does not include the above information or adhere to the procedures will be disqualified.
The foundation reserves the right to split the tender materials among bidders as deemed appropriate, allowing the award of part to a contractor without the right to object.
The supplier or their representative must submit the proposal in the tender box at the Horan Humanitarian Foundation office within the specified timeframe, signing and stamping the delivery document and recording the date and time of submission.
In the event of calculation errors, the unit price will be adopted as the basis for evaluation. Additionally, significant errors, such as submitting the proposal in a currency other than US dollars or ambiguity in prices, may lead to disqualification by the procurement committee.
